For the application or collection of, for instance travel documents or a driving licence, you make an appointment with the team Civil Affairs. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email. We do our best to ensure that your appointment with us will take place within five days.

You and, if applicable, your child(ren) must be present during the application or collection.
